Account setup
What this page covers
Section titled “What this page covers”ArianAPI does not offer public registration, and how customers complete manual account setup through support.
Account setup principles
Section titled “Account setup principles”- The ArianAPI console does not offer a public registration page.
- An admin creates the account in the backend, then privately delivers the console login URL, username, and initial password.
- Create the API key yourself after you log in to the console. First-party ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini login tokens, browser cookies, or session strings are not keys issued by ArianAPI.
Information customers must provide
Section titled “Information customers must provide”Support will confirm at least the three items below; without them, account setup cannot proceed:
- Primary need (for example Codex, Claude Code, or another client).
- Source (for example you found the site yourself, a friend referred you, or a content channel).
- Expected usage (to decide whether public pricing applies or high-volume discussion is needed).
Other account-setup fields are collected by support on the spot. Customers are not obligated to prepare materials that are not stated in the public docs.
Do these immediately after account setup
Section titled “Do these immediately after account setup”- Open the console with the login URL, username, and initial password you received, and change the initial password.
- Create an API key yourself in the console. Store it only on your machine or in your own password manager; do not post it in group chats or share screenshots.
- Check the model catalog for model names you can request that day.
- Read Account and usage rules to understand billing before starting production work.
Do not
Section titled “Do not”- Do not ask support to expose the admin backend, internal network, or a “faster internal address.”
- Do not send first-party account passwords to support so they can “log in for you.”
- Do not put a key issued by ArianAPI into an unrelated third-party aggregator unless you accept the risk yourself.
- Do not treat unpublished verbal promises about top-up or after-sales as rules.
